Only two miles to Attitash. One & 1/2 miles to Storyland. This immaculate townhouse w/ 3 BRs & 2.5 baths can comfortably accommodate two families. It is also ideal for an adult getaway with two or three couples. The lower level has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with private bath. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a double bed plus one set of bunk beds. The upper level has a spacious, open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar with six stools, dining area, living room with a gas log stove, and a half bath. The well-maintained townhouse development is small with plenty of open space. Children can ride their bikes or roller blade on the dead-end street. Additional amenities include: air conditioning, private entrance, deck with gas grill, washer & dryer, TVs with cable & DVD in master bedroom & in living room, tennis, basketball, and seasonal pool -Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Rocky River Resort is located on the Rocky Branch River in the Glen area of Bartlett. If you are familiar with the area, we are located off Rt 302, 1 mile west of the lights at the intersection of Rts 302 and 16 (where the Dairy Queen is). Our wonderful vacation home is located near numerous attractions: 1 & 1/2 miles to Storyland, 2 miles to Attitash, 5 miles to Cranmore, 12 miles to Wildcat, 18 miles to Bretton Woods, minutes to the Saco & abundant hiking trails, and just 7 miles to North Conway with its great restaurants & shopping outlets. There is a grocery store and a NH State Liquor store, not to mention several great restaurants (Red Parka Pub, Margarita Grill, Apple Cider Mill, The Bernerhof Restaurant and Pub), LESS than a mile away. It is truly a fabulous location! This is a fantastic destination for all four seasons and an ideal spot to enjoy all that Mt. Washington Valley has to offer.

Many movies, fun family games, & puzzles available to choose from. Seasonal pool, tennis, & basketball. Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Indoor pool is available nearby for a small fee.

Best place for a Storyland Vacation

We have rented this townhouse 2 times for Storyland excursions! Its perfect! There is plenty of space and is very clean! The beds are super-comfortable and the owners couldn't be more accomodating! They have thought of everything! Its so close, that we brought the little ones home for a quick nap, then....back to Storyland. Both times we brought another family with us (we have 2 babies), and there was plenty of room and 3 bathrooms! You will not be disappointed! We will be back again next year!
Owner's Response: It's wonderful that so many of our renters come back year after year, often booking their next year's vacation when they return from this year's vacation.

Pristine Condo! Great Location for Foliage

I rented this townhouse with two friends for a photography weekend during foliage season. We were so impressed with how clean and well stocked the unit was. We cooked a great dinner and relaxed on the couches with the fireplace on at night. Mary was such a pleasure to work with. I will definitely rent from Mary again in the future.

Wonderful Condo in Perfect Location

My huband, kids (ages 6, 4, 2) and I stayed here in early August for our yearly Storyland Vacation. The location of the condo is perfect and the area is quiet. Absolutely the best place for a family like ours. The condo was very well equipped including games and videos for the kids - not to mention a very well stocked kitchen and laundry which saved me tons of time and space in the car. Plenty of room for everyone. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Perfect vacation condo

This condo is just perfect! We have stayed here for two years now and look forward to coming back again and again. We have three small children and this condo is super clean, very well stocked and close to Storyland and Santa's Village (45 mins). Mary is wonderful to work with - always prompt and friendly. Immaculately kept space with many extra ammenities. Great location, near many attractions: Storyland, Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, Attitash and many more. Great for our family of four. We had friends visit with their two little ones and had more than enough room. Washer/Dryer, A/C were big pluses. Very enjoyable and very accommodating host. Highly recommended!
