Enjoy the true waterfront bay experience with this Victorian home that has beautiful panoramic views from all rooms of Onset Bay! Warm interior is finished throughout in old growth yellow pine. Large bright kitchen to cook your fresh lobsters in! Beautiful fieldstone fireplace with gas logs. 3 bedrooms with sleep sofa in living room, 1.5 new baths. Master bedroom has its own private deck. Private beach 100 yards down shore. Watch the large boats come and go through the Cape Cod Canal from the large open deck. Bring your rod and fish for striped bass that leap out of the water directly from the private dock, or simply jump in for a refreshing swim. Inquire about bringing your own boat up to 26', canoe, or kayak.

Short walk to Onset Village and town beach, boat ramp, Marina, boat rentals. Fishing boats, Canal Cruise and whale watching leave from the town dock. Many activities are on the calender. One half mile to the public golf course. Explore Cape Cod, Boston, Horseneck Beach, etc. Ask about docking up to a 26 ft boat at the private dock for recreation or fishing, etc. Also your own or rented kayaks, canoe could be at the private dock. Public boat lauching is 1/2 mile away. Ask about sailing aboard antique 40 ft wood cutter named Skipjack. Great shopping and restaurants local and short drive. P.S. a bird watchers delight.
