Exceptionally well maintained & tastefully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-full bath condo located at the Ocean Edge Resort. This bright 2nd floor Chilton unit has AC, very private surroundings, and a pond view from the deck. The unit has vaulted ceilings with air conditioning. Sleeps 6; master bedroom with king, guest bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, & pullout couch. Unit comes furnished with a phone which may be used to make calls anywhere within the U.S. at no cost.

Amenities at Ocean Edge include 3 outdoors and 1 indoor pool, sauna, tennis courts, and restaurants. Lots to do right here at the resort including swimming, golfing, walking, biking, and tennis. Bike rentals are available on site. Also, there is plenty to do outside the resort including enjoying beautiful Cape Cod Bay and the National Seashore, visiting antique shops, craft shows, art galleries, island hoping, boating, deep sea fishing, whale watching, summer theaters, and enjoying the great restaurants.

Condo description is pretty much on target. Unit was clean and kid-friendly. The grounds and golf course are absolutely beautiful. Owner was very responsive to our communications. Living room and bedrooms are carpeted. The A/C unit is located in the living room, so if you want air conditioning in any of the bedrooms, you must keep the bedroom doors open and run fans. Could not really see a pond from the back deck when we were there due to trees blocking the view. The outdoor balconies, outdoor chairs and outdoor stairways were in need of cleaning. We rode our bikes to the pool (less than 5 minutes) or bayside beach (about 15 min.) every day. Bike trails easily accessible. Closest Atlantic beach is Nauset in Orleans with parking at $15 per day. Bring your boogie board, the water is cold, but the waves are awesome! Lots of nearby restaurants - from fast food to fine dining..... lots of things to do including mini golf, movies, museums, shopping, etc.
