A mahogany front porch leads you to our beautiful airy cape in Hampton Bays. Within our home you will find four sun-drenched bedrooms with cherry wood floors and overhead fans and two clean white bathrooms, one of which has an old fashion claw foot tub. Our home boasts a beautiful new kitchen with granite counter tops and center island that leads into a spacious living room with stone fireplace. The open floor plan is wonderful for socializing with family and friends. Outside you will find a peaceful landscaped garden that surrounds your very own private 20' x 40' heated in-ground pool. There is a large deck with patio furniture that is perfect for barbecuing. There is also an outdoor shower. Our home is conveniently located near the town of Hampton Bays. Both the Bay and Ocean are just minutes away!

Outdoor living at it's best

Spacious, clean, well-maintained home with great garden (butterflies galore) and pool area for family entertainment. The gated garden is wonderful for children and a dog. There is even a dog pen should you needi to restrict your dog. Near many restaurants, supermarket, and short drive to beach. Kitchen is beautifull and easy to work in. Highly recommend.

Great Family Fun House

We just wrapped up a great week at this pool house in Hampton Bays. Everthing was as the owner said upon entering the home. Its bright, well decorated and very clean. My wife and I brought out 2 sons ages 5 and 8 as well as our babysitter. We were able to mountain bike from the house each day we were there and I really suggest you bike over the bridge to dune road and hang a right. We biked 6 or so miles then turned around and came back the other way. The scenery is beautiful. The house was awesome and the pool with all the nice landscaping is really enjoyable. We hit the weather perfect with 85 to 90 degree temps each day and the house stayed fairly comfortable with the fans that are provided as there is no air conditioning. To sum it up we are strongly considering renting this house again next year for possibly 2 weeks. This house is perfectly appointed and well located for someone looking to enjoy the Hamptons without draining your wallet.

I stayed here with a group of friends when we went to the Hamptons for a friend's wedding, and it's just wonderful! Beautiful decor, nice deck and gorgeous pool! Plus, convenient to everything, and really great landlord. It was a perfect Hamptons get-away. I have nothing bad to say about it!

Where do I begin. We fell in love ONCE we pulled in the driveway....and then we walked in and were swept off our feet! (not kidding) There is nothing negative about this beautiful home in the Hampton Bays. From the modern kitchen to the cozy bedrooms and the beautifully landscaped backyard with a deck and pool. It was an absolutely perfect home for our weekend getaway with 8 girls to celebrate a friends 30th birthday. Everything in the house was spotless. It has been decorated so that you truly feel like you are on a relaxing vacation. The backyard is beautiful...I couldnt have imagined it more perfect. The house is conveniently located a few minutes away from a shopping center where you can find all your needs. I would recommend this house to everyone but please if you are going to stay here take good care of it as me and my friends plan to revisit soon! If you plan to stay here..I can guarantee you will NOT be disappointed. Thanks!

My friends and I have stayed at the house several times and we love it! The house comfortably slept 8 of us and open floor plan in the living room, kitchen and dining area allowed us to socialize while preparing dinner, watching tv and playing games at the dining room table. The house is only a short drive to the beach and free tennis courts. The backyard is wonderful. It is beautifully landscaped and the heated pool is fantastic! We have stayed at this house during the summer and during the fall for an annual vineyard weekend. I would definitely recommend this house :)
