Additional House Information:
The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a spacious shower. The second and third bedrooms share a full-size tub bathroom. There is a TV in each bedroom and a 2nd DVD player in the Mountain and Mickey Mouse bedroom.
A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet area in the hallway.
There is parking in the front of the house for two vehicles, but remember our cottage is adjacent to Pinecrest Lake. With only a 3 minute walk, leave that second car at home. (Summer: The swimming pool is about a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute car ride, if you desire to drive.) Free trash pick-up. City water and sewer.
