Some of the most spectacular Catskill's hiking trails are just minutes away, so are NY's best ski mountains: Hunter, Windham and Belleayre (some of which offer dirt-biking in the summer). 1 mile away is Wilson State Park, with a swimming lake & life guard. It is also dog-owners' favorite hang out. If you're into a spiritual vacation a world renowned Buddhist temple is only 7 miles away, and a Zen monastery only 3 miles. There's golfing, and biking in the breath-taking scenery of the Catskill Mountains. Other lakes and swim holes are also minutes away. Babe Ruth's favorite fly-fishing location - the Esopus Creek is 2 minutes away, where you’ll find 5 miles of the best water tubing courses, which wind through the beautiful mountains & greenery of the Catskills. The new world-class 'hits' - Horse Jumping competitions & Dressage facility is only 15 minutes away.

We wanted a romantic get-away and stumbled onto
this place through the website. We lucked out! The
studio/barn is totally hip and nicely
furnished. The coolest thing is lying in bed and
looking out into the forest. It's like sleeping
outside--except the bed is really comfortable.
I already booked another weekend this summer.
Definitely one fo the nicest weekend getaways I've
found!

We stayed at this special hideaway last weekend
and had a wonderful time. It was extremely clean,
and beautifully decorated, and the view was
spectacular. From every window, I could see trees
and forest and even a stream. The guesthouse is
perfect for anyone who wants a quiet, luxurious
retreat for a few days.
