Located in quiet Holgate - 4th house from ocean! Ocean view from kitchen and enclosed breakfast room. Beautiful contemporary home. Great for families. Kitchen, baths and hallway have ceramic tile for easy care. Kitchen stove has self cleaning oven and ceramic glass top. Very open and modern design. Perfect summer rental. Also has an enclosed outdoor shower. Electric grill on glass enclosed breakfast room . Great space gives you the outdoor feel while being indoors. Rooftop deck with great views!!
