Nicely decorated second floor, end unit condominium located at Forest Ridge. Set in a relaxing atmosphere this unit has all the comforts of home. The condo boasts a gas fireplace in the living room for those cold winter nights and for those hot summer days the unit has air condition. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, private bath, cable television and sliders to an outside deck. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with cable television and Nintendo. A full-size bed and a trundle bed make up the third bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, while the open dining room and living room have a vaulted ceiling and sliders to outside deck for a nice feeling of spaciousness. Added for your convenience is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Located right outside your door are two tennis courts, a basketball court and the clubhouse. The clubhouse has an indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room.

If you are looking for winter fun Loon Mountain Ski Resort is only 1/2 mile away. Cannon Mountain, Waterville Valley and Bretton Woods are all within a short drive. The area provides down hill skiing, cross-country skiing, tubing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and much more. While hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing, golfing and swimming are a few of the activities enjoyed in the summer and fall months. Family fun can also be found at the various attractions within minutes from Forest Ridge. Clark's Trading Post, Lost River, Whales Tale Water Park, Hobo Railroad, Flume Gorge, Echo Lake, Story Land and many more. Also, in the Lincoln area you will find fine dining as well as casual.

We love to come up to NH and we found this listing online and took a chance. We couldn't have been happier with the pick. The place is great, priced right and very spacious! Kid friendly! We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip to NH! Thanks Ann for everything! We had a great trip!

Wonderful condo for a weekend stay...

My daughter was in the New Hampshire Highland Games, and at last minute the in-laws, my son and I decided to head down as well. What a great little find we made in the last moments. The owner, Ann, is a fantastic lady, friendly and prompt in emails, and in recommendations for Lincoln. The locale is perfect, right on the east end of town, close to Loon Mtn, and the town itself (and those early morning coffee runs!). And the condo was beautiful. Nicely furnished, clean, and warm with lots of open space in the main room so no one feels cramped, and comfy beds for sleeping (almost as comfy as my own bed!). I just can't say enough good things about both the condo and the owner.

Condo was wonderful!...didn't even care to go out!

This condo was wonderful! It made our get-a-way so enjoyable that we chose to stay in, relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings indoors longer than we should have! That's the only draw back...we loved the condo so much...we didn't even care to go out and do the tourist route!!! When we did go out, we discovered it is located close to everything we wanted to do. Ann was so helpful and accommodating, I plan on going back soon!!!
I really can't say enough about how nice of an experience it was, both, in our stay and our dealings with the arrangements with Ann.
