Come relax in this spacious lakefront decorated with a floor-to-ceiling corner fireplace, and 20 foot vaulted and beamed ceilings. Glass spans the total width of the house with panoramic views of the lake and numerous entrances to a large beautiful deck that is furnished with picnic table and grill. The living room has a brand new sectional sofa and a 32 Inch TV with HBO and VCR/DVD. The bedrooms are large and spacious, each with new king size beds. Linens are also provided for your convenience. The master bedroom has a lake view, along with its own private bath and color cable TV. There is also another full bath across from the other bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, and a washer/dryer is also provided. We pride ourselves on the clean and spotless accommodations we provide.

Supermarkets and fast food local. 180 acre lakefront at your door with canoe provided! You may bring an electric motor, we do not supply it.

Step outside to the deck that spans the total length of the house, walk to the lakeside dock, just through the wooded back yard, where you may perhaps sunbathe, or just sit and relax at the park bench and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the 180 acre lake, or you may choose to take the canoe provided for a scenic tour, or if fishing is on your agenda, bass, pickerel, perch, crappie, carp, catfish, and of course sunfish are on the menu. So if you are a fisherman, or just a part-time angler, a good time can be had by all. Paddle boats are also included with the rental. In summer, there are beaches with lifeguard.

Great day trips: Tobyhanna State Park; hiking, swimming, Delaware Water Gap, Bushkill Falls, Wilkes-Barre, Wachovia Area (See the Phantoms and the Penguins!), concerts and ski Montage Mountain, shows at Kirby Center of the Peforming Arts, Wyoming Valley Mall, TGI Fridays, Thyme Restaurant at the Woodlands is excellent for fine dining and dancing. Visit Steamtown Historic Site in Scranton and take a railroad excursion! Destinations may include Moscow, Tobyhanna, Delaware Water Gap and Carbondale. *Ask about our ultra inclusive vacation rental package!* We will food shop for you before you arrive, for an extra $100 fee, plus your grocery bill.

Thanks for the use of your wonderful home. We enjoyed a relaxing time using the hot tub, while the teens were playing video games of course. We even got the teens to do some canoeing. We loved seeing the deer each evening walk through the back of the yards. Our pets were happy here also and we appreciate you allowing our companions to join us. The house was clean and appliances all in working order. The cable was out when we got there but the owners were quick to respond and get it taken care of.
