The balcony overlooks a most amazing view of three sparkling blue swimming pools below and the sandy Destin beach with boardwalk access.Enjoy cooking a gourmet meal for your family in the state of the art kitchen with granite counter tops and the newest stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets, dishes, and linens that you will need to enjoy dining in. There is seating for six in the sunny breakfast room, and additional bar seating for three.Entertain special friends and family members in the sleekly appointed family room with a flat-screen LCD/DVD television. There is a comfortable pull-out sofa which offers additional sleeping accommodations and overstuffed chairs for cozy seating. Step through the glass doors onto the generous balcony and take in a seriously impressive view of the beaches of Destin and the grounds of Seascape. We had a fabulous time staying in the Lap of Luxury! The condo was pristine and very well appointed. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying our breakfast as we looked out over the gulf. The walk to the beach was short (perhaps 3 city blocks) and the beaches in Destin are excellent.
We highly recommend the Lap of Luxury

Everything we needed to stay at the property was located on the counter, the parking permit, wrist bands for the pool ( which we did not use since the gulf was 5 minutes away on the boardwalk).

We were very pleased with our experience overall, wonderful beds, lovely views, very clean. The only downsides were that the living room furniture and carpeting is a bit tired, and the guestbook needs updating. We had no idea we needed a code to re-enter the building later in the evening, fortunately other guests were able to let us in. Also no idea we needed a code to enter the outdoor pool.

This condominium was outstanding!!! It was clean and very tastefully decorated.

I brought my family of four here and we had such a good time. My kids loved the use of the three large pools. I personally enjoyed the workout facility. I have never been in a high rise where the elevators arrived so quickly

The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in good working order. In addition, the flat screen TVs were very nice.

Alice was so helpful in our trip planning and did everything possible to accommodate us.

I hope to stay here on our next trip to Destin.
