Townhome, 3 Bedrooms + 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Aspenwood is located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort. The distance to the free bus route is 25 yards, the distance to the Deer Valley Resort is 4/10 mile and the distance to Park City Mountain Resort is less than 2 miles. Additionally, Park City’s Main Street, a mile away, can be reached with just a short bus, cab ride or 15 minute walk.

There are 3 levels with a private bedroom and full bathroom on each floor and a total of 2,350 square feet. The master features its own jetted tub. There is a private outdoor hot tub on the upper back deck. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings and plasma TV. Additionally, each bedroom has a flat screen TV.

There is laundry in the unit and an attached 1 car garage with a tandem outside spot for a total of two spots.

About The Owner

We are avid skiers and have been visiting the Park City area for many years. We hope to make your stay in Deer Valley a very memorable and enjoyable one.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2007
Why The Owner chose Mountain Ranch

We purchased the property due to the close proximity to the base of Deer Valley resort (4/10 of a mile), as well as Main Street (1 mile) and Park City Mountain Resort (2 miles). The free shuttle stop located approximately 25 yards from the front door makes it very easy to get to each resort as well as Main Street.

We just finished a 2 family vacation in Deer Valley and this house could not be more suitable for staying in Deer Valley. Great House, location, and value. Great Deer Valley townhome

We stayed at this townhome in January 2013. The property is just as advertised on VRBO. Very convenient to Deer Valley and free town shuttle stops right outside if you want to ski Park City or The Canyons. Great kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Hot tub was great at the end of a long ski day. Beds were comfortable. Downtown Park City is a short shuttle bus ride or 5 minute drive away. The owner was very friendly, helpful when we had questions, and provided clear instructions for operating the hot tub, fireplace, etc. The price was a good value compared to similar properties we looked at. We'll definietly be back on our next trip to Park City.

PERFECT VACATION HOME!

This beautiful townhouse is the perfect vacation home! it is comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated and very well equipped! The location is perfect. We walked to the lifts to ski each day, and walked to Main Street to dine each night. The free shuttle stops right outside the unit, as well. The owners are so nice to deal with, and the booking process was seamless start to finish- very professional. We are a family with 3 boys (17, 13, 11) and we all had a FABULOUS time! Thanks so much. We look forward to visiting again.

My extended family stayed for a 5 day vacation at Aspenwood (4 adults, 3 children) and it was the perfect size. Also, the location was ideal with less than a 5 minute drive to Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge. As another reviewer mentioned, there were always little extras available that kept us from running to the grocery - Sharpie, Ziploc bags, etc. The home itself is beautiful, with a full garage and hot tub. Can't wait to come back next year.
