WELCOME Come stay at “La Coconut” on beautiful Anna Maria Island. This private home with heated pool and water fall is located just steps to the sand and gulf in Holmes Beach. Enjoy this tastefully furnished and appointed 3 BR/ 2 BA home with game room. MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS The master bedroom features a Queen Size bed with side table & lamp. This bedroom also features a LCD flat panel TV. GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS The first guest bedroom features a Double Size bed. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds. Both guest rooms have access to the common bath with whirlpool tub. GAME ROOM & Pool HIGHLIGHTS The game room features a Queen Size sleeper sofa, love seat, TV and bumper pool table. SPECIAL LOCATION FEATURES • Less than two minute walk to beach with side walk from house to beach • On gulf side of Gulf drive with no main roads to cross • 5 minutes to the village of Anna Maria • 5 minutes to Bridge street in Bradenton Beach
