This new oceanfront condominium was the model unit in Sunrise Pointe in North Myrtle Beach. It is on the fifth floor with a magnificent view of the ocean from the living room side of the spacious balcony and the master bedroom side. Because it was the model unit it has many upgrades such as the extended tile floor, Corian counter tops and upscale decorations. It is equipped with all appliances, washer & dryer, hair blowers in every one of the 3 bathrooms. There is a TV in the living room and each bedroom with video and DVD players. The three bedrooms are spacious and the master has a king-size bed. The master bathroom has a large Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double sink counter top. The Cherry Grove section is a quiet area of North Myrtle Beach for a relaxing vacation within minutes of shopping, restaurant row, golf courses and other entertainment. In addition to the beautiful beach area there is an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and lazy river. Wireless internet is included.

The 5F unit also has 2 reserved parking spaces, no looking for your car in parking garage. No motorcycles are permitted at Sunrise Pointe.

Perfect for a relaxing vacation!

My familly really enjoyed its stay in Myrtle Beach and at the condo. It was very clean and well maintained, and equipped with appliances and furnitures that made the stay very pleasant. The description of the condo was accurate, and the owner was very nice and provided an excellent customer service. We really felt at home the first day that we were there, and would come back any time. This location is perfect for families with kids or people looking for a relaxing vacation.

As for restaurants, we enjoyed the Friday's.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach, but the friend's we travelled with had been before, but they commented on what a beautiful place I found!! The condo is amazing. The view from the balcony was breathtaking!! So wonderful to have everything you need at your fingertips!! The Carolina hospitality is extraordinary!!! We would highly recommend both the condo and the area to anyone interested in having a relaxing beach vacation! We look forward to booking again next year!!
