Photos and Description of the Sanibel Island vacation condo rental
Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-5)

We have spared no expense in remodeling our unit 232. Designer kitchen and baths with custom cabinetry,stunning cambria countertops, quality stainless appliances, beautiful travertine tiled floors and custom walk-in showers. All Kohler products were used including dual shower heads in master bath, one of which is a "rainshower" head. Custom glass frameless shower doors make the baths exquisite.

We have chosen quality furnishings:Sealy Posturpedic pillowtop king mattress in master and pilllowtop twins in the guestroom, fine bed linens from Ralph Lauren, a 37" HDTV Samsung flatscreen TV, couches from Pottery Barn, thick carpeting. There are DVD players in the livingroom and master bedroom, and extra TV's in master bedroom and guestroom. There is free WIFI from our own modem.

It's easy to see why we have our guests returning year after year.

Whether you are grandparents enjoying the winter months, a couple on your honeymoon or anniversary, or a family spending a wonderful week on Sanibel making memories to last a lifetime, we hope you find our home a place to kick your shoes off, watch the sunset, listen to the waves outside your window, relax, and enjoy.

We stayed a week at this very well appointed condo. The view of the gulf was beautiful. I couldn't say one bad thing about it. The owners have done a nice job updating this condo. We have stayed at Sand Pointe before but this was our first time in this particular condo. We would love to rent again!

Beautiful condo!

We stayed here during 4th of July week, and had a wonderful time. The view is breathtaking, and the complex is quiet and private. The condo was clean and well equipped. Beach chairs were provided.

Wonderful vacation

It was our first trip to Sanibel and it couldn't have been better. The condo was wonderful. Everything is as advertised and then some, right down to quality amenities like nice thick towels, quality beach chairs, quality beach umbrella, a nice cooler, etc. Everything was first rate. We can't wait to go back in the future. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your wonderful condo.

Our week at Sand Pointe

We were delighted with the condo, from the colorful decor, the HDTV, the upgrades in the kitchen and bath, view, and swimming pool. The property was very clean, with plenty of linens, and kitchen supplies and equipment. We loved shelling on the beach, the beautiful water, biking around the Island, visiting Ding Darling Preserve, and ate at Island Cow, Mucky Duck on Captiva, Grandma Dots, and Doc Fords as well as the Timbers. We would recommend this proberty to friends. The logisitcs were excellent and we had a very enjoyable week!
