REDUCED RATES AVAILABLE FOR 2009 SEASON ! CALL OR EMAIL FOR DETAILS Nestled on a grassy knoll, this two bedroom house, situated on almost 8 acres, looks beyond its wetlands and out over Cape Cod Bay. This comfortable Cape home remains true to its era while offering guests a bright and sunny house to relax in, spectacular views and a sandy beach at the bottom of the drive. There are two (non-swimming) ponds, meandering paths through the trees and along the edge of the wetlands and private places for sunbathing, outdoor meals or an evening gathering to watch the sunset over Cape Cod Bay. Newly refurbished, this house has fresh paint and new carpets, furniture, furnishings and appliances. Bright art work and accents complete the house to make your holiday memorable. Sheets furnished on request. Towels not provided.

Enjoy the natural history of Cape Cod without ever leaving your rental property or take advantage of the independent or guided nature walks at the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History. Nickerson State Park is also a wonderful area for hiking as well as for swimming in its tranquil freshwater ponds. For bicyclists, roller bladers and walkers there is the Cape Cod Rail Trail which runs from the town of Dennis through Harwich, Brewster, Orleans, Eastham and Wellfleet through woods, past cranberry bogs and ponds and lakes. Brewster has many bayside beaches where you can swim, sail, kayak, windsurf or simply relax in the sun. Nearby harbors provide fishing trips, whale watches, harbor and river cruises, sunset and dinner cruises. Brewster's Captains Course is a 36 hole golf course and nearby Orleans has miniature golf for the less serious golfer. Across the street from Captains Course are the Brewster playing fields with baseball diamonds and soccer fields.
