Lovely year-round home with beautiful frontage on Pemaquid Lake. Well appointed home with beautiful views from every room. Enjoy sandy beach, dock, nice yard, great fishing. Just minutes from the village of Damariscotta, great shopping, and dining. Close to the Pemaquid Peninsula with lighthouse, Fort William Henry, white sand beach and more. A canoe and 2 person kayak are provided so you can explore this beautiful lake. Very private location.

Fantastic and Relaxing Getaway...

Superb!! We just returned from this beautiful, very clean and well cared for house and property with lovely views of the lake from all the rooms ! It's a great place for small children to play in the water (I have a 3yr old), with plenty of both sun and shade throughout the backyard depending on your preference. The canoe, kayaks and outside firepit offer hours of enjoyment.

The house itself is beautiful and quite spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, nice sized bathrooms and "newer" appliances.

I highly recommend the property...you will not be dissappointed.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
