This charming summer home is being offered at bargain rates! It is located off Lower County Road and is a short walk to Glendon and Sea St. beaches, and a 5 minute drive to the expansive West Dennis Beach. It has 3 bedrooms with one queen, 4 twins, and a queen size sleep sofa. The bedrooms have all been tastefully decorated and painted in shades of cranberry, royal blue, and mint green. It has a cozy screened-in porch through sliders and off the kitchen. The yard contains a new enclosed shower, picnic table and charcoal grill with ample room for family horseshoe & wiffle ball games. We've just bought new living room furniture for your comfort. We'd love to get feedback from this year's tenants as to how you've enjoyed your vacation!

Located in Dennisport, close to the junction of Rte 134 and Rte 28, and off Lower County Rd, we are near ice cream shops such as the Sundae School, restaurants such as Clancys, Kreme 'N Kone, mini-golf, libraries, churches, golf courses, bike paths, antique shops, kayak rental, and the Patriot Square shopping center with Stop & Shop & many other stores. Since we are mid-Cape, we have easy access to Yarmouth, Hyannis, the Cape Cod Mall, Brewster, & Provincetown.
