A perfect week at the beach

My family was looking for an affordable last minute week at the beach. Cheryl made arrangements for us to see this house, and we immediately booked for the following week. This house more than fit the bill. It was very clean, spacious, and you really can't get any closer to the water. The house has air conditioning, but we only used it once as the breeze coming off the water kept the house cool. The bedrooms are all good sized rooms and there was more than enough space for everyone. The amenities provided are MORE than ample for cooking and entertaining (i.e., spices, pots pans, silverware, etc.), There also are games, sand toys, kayaks and books available for your pleasure. A side note: the zero gravity beach chairs are a big plus and incredibly comfortable.
We had beautiful weather the entire week except for the first Saturday night when a storm was rolling in. It was more than impressive to sit on the covered deck and watch the storm. Even with the rain that evening, we were still able to sit outside under the covered deck. The exterior of the house provides space for those who enjoy the shade and the sun.
Cheryl provided top notch service. Cheryl was more than accommodating and responded quickly to all inquiries. She was super easy to work with, laid back, but yet on top of everything. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.
I live locally so I am very familiar with the areas attractions and restaurants, however, for those who are not, Cheryl has a book highlighting local favorites. I would recommend The 7 Seas down town for local pub fare and fantastic fish and chips and Scribners for more upscale dining.
Again, you can't go wrong with the house or location and we look forward to our next stay.
