Nestled on three private acres of pristine land on Chappaquiddick and only minutes from the charming village of Edgartown, uncrowded beaches, biking, fishing, golf, and nature walking trails. The first floor of this year-round multi-level contemporary Cape has a fully applianced kitchen with a snack bar; a large dining room; a bathroom with tub and shower; a living room with a fireplace, ceiling fan, cathedral ceiling, satellite television, and sliding doors to a large deck. One of the two bedrooms has a queen-size bed and sliding doors to a deck; the other bedroom has twin-size beds. The second floor has two large bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. One bedroom has a full-size bed and sliding door to a private deck. The master bedroom is a large elegant room with a sitting area, a private entrance to the bathroom, sliding door to a private deck, and an upper level sleeping area with a cathedral ceiling and a queen-size bed. There is a distant view from a large rooftop deck.
