Extra Fees, Security: During peak season, the local beach association charges an additional fee to access the private beach, bay and nearby clubhouse. Last year the fee was $90 per week for six passes and $100 per week for eight passes. Check with Ocean Beach Yacht Club for accuracy. This is a separate charge from rent, does not go to the owner, but is certainly worth it for renters.
Security deposit is either a non-refundable $49 insurance fee that covers you up to $1,500 in case something breaks in the home while you are there, or a $300 refundable security deposit that you can get back in full as long as you leave the home as you found it. The choice is yours!
There are no cleaning fees or hotel taxes whatsoever!
Things to do: Some of the activities in the area include: miniature golf, water parks, arcades, amusement parks, fishing, crabbing, minor league baseball, swimming, snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, water-skiing, surfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, rafting, biking, tennis, basketball, shopping, cinemas, sightseeing, etc.
Policies: No Groups, Proms, or Smoking!
One small dog may be allowed under certain circumstances and a $95 pet fee.
