Home away from Home

We could not have been happier once we entered this charming cottage on a large landscaped lot and close to town. It has been beautifully restored and we felt like home the minute we walked in. The sitting area is comfortable, the kitchen a gourmet cooks delight (not that I cook much on vacation!), and the bedrooms and baths beautifully decorated. The large back deck and charming front porch made for enjoyable days and evenings enjoying the air and sunshine. We travel with our pets and they loved running in the back yard. We hope to make this our Home Away from Home on all our annual vacations in the fall in New England. Thank you Cindy and Bryson for making it so comfortable and affordable!

Paradise in North Kingstown, RI

We have spent a great and wonderful week in this beautiful cottage. The place was clean immaculate and all the required amenities to make our stay pleasant and relaxing. The place was very quiet with birds and the neighborhood was very quiet too. Beaches around the place are either appropriate for a family with small children (Municipal beach) or for those who prefer big waves (Narragansett public beach). We enjoyed everything and had great pleasure using the back patio with the BBQ. We tried two restaurants and they were great. NK is close to Newport and we enjoyed very much visiting it, Boston as well. Thanks to Cindy, the place owner, for an irreproachable place for us for our vacation. We will certainly go back to this home.

We Had A Great Stay

This is a fantastic property in a great location. We traveled from Singapore to see family in RI, CT & NY with our 3 young children and this was our home base.
We were pleasantly surprised by the lager than expected size, good condition and cleanliness. The home is welcoming and fully stocked (except food in the fridge). This is a peaceful, quiet location, yet close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to recommend the home to anyone. We look forward to our next stay.

This was our first stay at this home, but our second experience with the owners. The house is exactly as pictured and was very comfortable. It is very well stocked with everything needed to get started. The owners are very responsive. We were there for Hurricane Irene and kept in touch with them and the house held up very well. I would not hesitate to rent this home again. It's a great location. Close to Wickford and the bridge to Jamestown and Newport. It was a great experience in all categories! Thanks Cindy!

House lives up to its description!

I've stayed in many rental homes, and more often than not, they are disappointing. This home was not. The listing is very accurate, from the description to the photos. The house is neat and clean, and the air conditioning works great. There is a nice yard that provides privacy without feeling too isolated. It is a short 1 mile walk to the charming Main St of Wickford and the town beach. The house is located perfectly for people who want to explore all RI has to offer, from the beach at Narragansett to the mansions of Newport, and all the historical places in between. I would definitely recommend this rental home to a friend.
