Condo is beautiful with new decorations. Like new (built 2002) and spacious, almost 1000 sq ft. Great views of the Canyons. Secured building with indoor parking. It is also on the free shuttle route with a stop right outside the building. You have access to a private ski locker - no carrying equipment all around. The building has an elevator. This is a corner unit on the 2nd floor with outstanding views. The LR/DR has windows all around. There is a private, covered deck. TV in living room and in the master suite. Master is large with private bath and large walk-in closet. Our family loves this place. There is so much to do inside and out. It is perfect for families and even non-skiers. You can be to the world class skiing at the Canyons, Park City or Deer Valley in mere minutes, or build a snowman with your children on the open grounds around the complex. This is not just a rental. We have furnished and decorated for our use and comfort. We use the condo as well. You will love it.

Nearest Airport: salt lake city at 27 Miles
Car: recommended
Convenient to The Canyons (3 minutes), Park City Mountain Resort (10 Min.) and most other resorts within 1/2 hour. Walk to great shopping at outlet malls. Be at new, exciting Redstone area with shops, nightlife and theaters in approx 1 min. There is great nightlife available in the area and all around Park City, but you can retreat to the peace and quiet of your family-friendly vacation home when it is time to relax. Close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle. You can relax in one of the 3 hot tubs or the year-round heated pool. Exercise (if you must) in the great exercise facility at the clubhouse. Summer visitors can water ski at the Jordanelle and even scuba dive there. You can beat the summer heat in the cool Wasatch Mtns. Great golf and fishing is abundant in the area. It is a mountain biker and hikers dream.

Myself and family were very pleased with our stay. We felt comfortable and welcomed. Just a short walk away from the shopping center. A very short drive to other shopping sites and downtown area. We went during the summer and the weather was great. Ski resorts all around us. Swimming pool was refreshing with
a heated jacuzzi. Condo property well kept and clean. underground
parking with elevator.
