This beach home is located on a quiet residential street about 2 blocks from the beach & ocean. The unit consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room and is fully furnished.The unit sleeps up to 7. The back of the property is accessible also by an alley where additional private off street parking is available on a concrete driveway. More parking is available by permit at the end of the block directly on the beach with port a potties also located there. This home is located on the south end of the island, not far from the lighthouse circle, making it convenient to the bridge connecting to Atlantic City. .

Plenty of surf fishing & charters. The island of Brigantine is totally self contained. If you venture off the island, you are 5 minutes to Atlantic City entertainment mecca of the east. The city offers 5 star restaurants, world-famous boardwalk, the hot new 'Quarter' at the Tropicana and The Pier @ Caesars, convention center, Atlantic City Surfs minor league baseball, trains to Philadelphia, 'The Walk' outlet shopping and more. Ocean City is approximately 30 minutes away.

What's in the house?: Fully furnished and has a microwave, coffee maker, stocked kitchen, a shared gas grill, cable TV, stereo, CD & DVD players, air conditioner, sleeper sofa in living room, private off-street parking in the rear of the building accessed by an alley. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The other bedroom has bunk beds with a twin and a single bed. You are walking distance to the beach, nearby are excellent restaurants & activities listed below. Great for families, neighbors, in-laws, guests etc., who would like separate but close living quarters.

Ready for Quick Possession: Last minute trips are OK. We can email the lease & you can overnight mail the rent very quickly if needed. This is a quality, clean house convenient to everything. Call or Email us for available weeks. They are filling up quickly.

Value priced, good location, got our money's worth

Very well equipped kitchen (some spices, condiments, cleaning supplies); quite comfortable. Two TVs, DVD (we didn't figure out how to use). Very good appliances. Clean. Gorgeous beach a couple of blocks away. Outdoor table in front. Nearby ice cream parlor, good restaurant, laundromat. Parking easy.
Problems: One bedroom not air-conditioned; very hot week meant we had to leave all bedroom doors open & use fans to distribute AC.
Place sleeps 7, but only 4 fit at table.
Trouble getting in; was supposed to be unlocked, but was locked with a key hung in foyer that we didn't find.

Good place to stay

I felt the house was great for the family and was not far from the beach. It was outside of the Atlantic City area. Which was good for the young childen. We went into Philadelphia by train about 1hour drive from the house. The house was getting some work done on it the week we were there. The workers were nice and made sure they were not in our way. The upkeep of the house was great.
I would stay again. This house is great for all.
