A restored shingle style home located in-town. Less than 150 yards away from beach. The interior is a wonderful blend of Ralph Lauren and L.L. Bean complimented by antique furnishings. A 2010/2011 renovation places this home at the top end of the quality scale with deluxe furnishings and bedding, wonderful baths with rain head showers and imported tile. The outdoor deck with chaise lounges and outdoor dining area provides an excellent respite for reading, tanning, eating or just relaxing.

This home is less than 150 yards from the beach, shopping, restaurants, a movie theater, churches and houses of worship, the town library and with trolley service being available less than 150 feet from the home. The home was substantially renovated in the Spring of 2010 with new baths, furnishings, interior/exterior painting, new patio, outdoor dining for 12 and an outdoor shower!

There is a separate studio that is available from time to time... can be used for a larger party or a private suite for guests.

Notes: 5 queens, 2 twins. Beach chairs, beach toys, extensive movie library, picnic table, outdoor dining area as well. In addition to main house, there is an owner's studio that was recently redesigned and renovated with a modern flair. The studio is located in the lower level of the home and is used by the owner on occasion. This space, which features a sleeping area with queen bed, sitting area, flat screen television, kitchen and full bath is available on request. The space is ideal for a party larger than 10 and offers a separate entrance and privacy to those guests. Inquire with owner. Indoor dining table limited to 4-6 persons. There is an expansive outdoor dining table just outside of the kitchen, situated on a patio and surrounded by an enclave of trees, fencing and flowers.

PERFECTION

Thank you so much Marc from Molly & Co. The 7 of us had the most fabulous girls' weekend trip ever. We couldn't have asked for a better house and location. We were able to walk to everything...the restaurants, bars, shops, bakery/coffee shop and the spectacular beautiful Marginal Way that took us down to Perkins Cove. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and cozy. From the fireplace to the 2nd floor deck where we sat with blankets and champagne with the view of the ocean, we couldn't have asked for a better house and location. You really are right in the heart of Ogunquit. The Ogunquit Fest was being held the same weekend we were there. It was filled with pumpkins, gorgeous leaves and Halloween decorations. The weather was perfect too! We hope to book this house for the Ogunquit Fest in 2013, as well.

Delightful retreat

What a wonderfu home, cozy and comfortable and fully stocked with the necessities for easy vacation living. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of town with activities and beach just a short distance away.
My friend Pat, my husband and I enjoyed walking to the coffee shops, restaurants and of course, shopping.
Ogunquit has so much to offer and staying at Marc's home was a delightful retreat at the end of a busy day.

Could not have asked for more

What a great weekend! This house is perfect inside and out and in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Our group of 12 had a wonderful day at the beach on Friday. Saturday the weather did not cooperate, but a good time was had by all, spending the day in the house cooking and enjoying the large selection of DVDs. Particularly the SNL DVDs. The house is so comfortable and what was most impressive was Marc’s hospitality and attend to detail. Definitely have to talked the ladies into making the trip again next year and Marc will be the first one I call.

Thank you Marc for sharing such a beautiful home and for all that you do.

A Perfect House For A Much Needed Vacation

From the moment I booked the house Marc was amazing! He called immediately to ask about the special occasion that I was celebrating so that he could 'prepare' the house properly. The moment that my fiance and I arrived in the house we were blown away - beautiful updated kitchen and appliances, beautifully redone bathrooms (including my favorite - a rainfall shower head and stone floor) and a very beautifully decorated, spacoius interior. The location was ideal - walking distance to a wonderful bakery, restaurants, bars, shops and an adorable grocery store! And how can I forget the beach! Not only does the house look out onto the water but it is a very short walk to the main entrance of the beach. It was a bit chilly while we were there - but we were still able to enjoy walks on the beach with coffee in hand! I am already planning a trip for next year! Thank you Marc!!

Fabulous Girls Weekend

We arrived at the house on a rainy, drizzly afternoon. Upon unpacking, Marc had laid a fire out for us and had many special touches. The house is lovely and exceeded our expectations. Very welcoming yet allows you to actually relax and "live" in it. The rooms are darling and comfortable. Except for your clothing, Marc provides everything that you need!!! From beautiful toiletries to snacks and wine. He thinks of everything!!!! The house is fully stocked and located in the perfect part of town, close to the Main street and beach. It is literally one of the best choices that this group of 7 stressed out women needed to unwind at a price that cannot be beat. Marc even called us that afternoon to see if we were okay. We highly recommend Marc to anyone needing some quiet time or fun time depending on the time of year you choose. Rating this 5 stars isn';t enough. Thanks Marc....can't wait to be there again. Your new best friends, Christine, Beth, Mary, Bethany, Casey, Karen and Linda. :)
