Our ocean block townhouse is truly a Beach Haven with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, an enclosed grass quad and an outdoor swimming pool for use only by residents of the 18 townhomes of Ocean Court. Located in the Tower Shores community of North Bethany, 250 feet from an expansive private sand beach and the ocean, it has four small decks with views of the grass area and pool in the rear, as well as some views of the bay and ocean in the front. The third floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full and a twin bed, and a full bath. The second floor has the eat-in kitchen, the living room-with queen sleep sofa, a washer and dryer and a half bath. The ground floor has a third bedroom with a twin over full pyramid bed with a twin trundle, and another full bath. Everything necessary for a great time at the beach, including beach toys and beach chairs, is provided. You only need to supply bed linens, towels and a desire for a wonderful beach vacation.

Water slides, batting cages, golf and miniature golf courses, water sports equipment rental-motorized and not, are available within minutes of this quiet resort. Restaurants, movie theaters, outlet, antique and grocery shopping are also nearby.

We have been home for one week and I am looking forward to next year already. We had an absolutely wonderful week. Perfect location, perfect place and perfect weather....
The townhouse is very well maintained. Kitchen stocked nicely, short walk to beach or pool....
