This beautiful luxury new villa, ended in the spring of 2013, with 5 bedrooms, is located on the seafront, next to a pine trees natural park. Tastefully built on 3 levels, it offers a space and peace sensation being at once very warm.

We committed ourselves in providing high standards characteristics to this house with quality materials and equipments. It boasts lots of bay windows in every rooms in order to enjoy the Catalan sunlight and the stunning view of the sea and the natural park.

The 470 sq.m are divided in 3 levels with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living area with lounge/dining room/kitchen, an infinity swimming pool as well as many terraces and a garden (plot size: 820 sq.m). You can reach all the levels through the stairs or the lift.

Crossing the villa gateway, you will find a ventilated patio, airy and fresh, leading down the stairs to the villa first level. The entrance overlooks the living area and has a sweeping sea view. You will have access to a first terrace that you can use as a solarium. Otherwise, many cupboards are available in the entrance. To the right, you will find a first airy bedroom with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m), many storage spaces, and its own bathroom fitted with a bathtub, toilets, a bidet, and a double bowl sinks. Large bay windows give access to a private terrace with a view onto the sea and the swimming pool. To the left of the entrance, there is a second airy bedroom with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m) and many storage spaces as well as a private bathroom with bowl sink, bathtub, and toilets. A wide window provides a beautiful sea view.

Going down the stairs, you will access to a large living area furnished with modern art pieces. It boasts a lounge, a dining room, and an open plan kitchen. The lounge position is perfect as it boasts an unobstructed sea view from everywhere. A fireplace separates the lounge from the dining room. The dining room offers a large rectangular table for up to 10-12 people for convivial meals. The modern kitchen is laid out around a large counter top that gives directly onto the dining room and has bar stools. The kitchen is fully-equipped with induction burners, an extractor, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, etc. The bay windows of this living area give directly onto a pleasant terrace, which on one side overlooks the seafront and the sea, and has a direct access to the garden and the swimming pool on the other side. There is a table on the terrace for al fresco lunches.

An isolated toilet is available at this level.

You can access the last level going down the stairs (or with the lift.) It boasts a junk room, a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, shelves, and a drying rack to storage all the linen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and the laundry room are accessible through a corridor. The first and the second bedrooms are both fitted with two 80x2 m single beds (convertible in a double bed if necessary) and lots of storage space. They share a bathroom, in front, in the corridor, with bathtub, a double bowl sink, a toilet, and a shower. The last bedroom, located at the end of the corridor, even more airy, has a double bed, a large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with double bowl sinks, shower, toilet, and hydromassage bathtub. This 3 bedrooms give access through wide bay windows to the low garden and have beautiful sea views from the beds.

All the villa is air-conditioned. The lounge and all the bedrooms have a satellite flat-screen LCD television. A wireless Internet access is also available in the whole villa. It is a dial-up connexion because of the location. The lift serves all the levels, from the patio to the lowest level. A sophisticated alarm system is also available.

The infinity swimming pool offers an unobstructed view of the natural park and the sea. This property is not suitable for young children due to the lack of a swimming pool alarm system. Deck chairs are available around the swimming pool.

The villa is not overlooked. That gives a well-being and rest feeling in this wonderful environment.

A enclosed garage can host 2 cars and has a direct access to the patio. Two scooters with 4 helmets are also available in the garage in order to make your travels easier and to allow you to discover the surroundings.

During your stay, you can enjoy the surroundings' charm and the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava as Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Aiguablava and Aiguafreda. There is no direct access to the sea from the villa but the closest beach is the beautiful one of Sa Siera, located 1 km away, which is approximately a 10-15 minute walk. You can also go there by car (sometimes it is not easy to park) or by scooter (much more convenient.) But, a hiking path, easily reachable from the villa (approximately 200 m) will allow you to discover, in the heart of the pine trees natural park, stunning sea shore landscapes.

In the surroundings of the villa and in the different villages nearby, you will enjoy any kind of nautical or terrestrial activities as adventure parks, nautical centres, the beautiful golf club of Pals, mini-golf courses, tennis courts, bicycle rentals, horse riding clubs, plane excursions, parachute jumps, etc.

The sheets and towels are provided. An optional half-week cleaning is possible if you wish so.

We require a 30% deposit upon booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

Sa Riera is a small Spanish fishermen's village and a seaside resort in a wonderful and peaceful bay, isolated from the Costa Brava. It is located near Palafrugell (20 minutes away) and Begur (10 minutes away), which are inland cities. There you will find many little coves surrounded by cliffs planted with robust pine trees and bordered by the Mediterranean crystal-clear waters. They are bounded by Palamos to the north and Estartit to the south, famous for their unique beauty. Initially, it was a small fishermen's village. As it didn't grow too much, it preserve its individuality, character and charm. You will find many sport activities and touristic services. You can snorkel around the craggy rocks or dive with professional divers. A nautical centre with several sport activities is available on the beach. Sa Riera also offers many seafood restaurants with sea views as well as small cafés, bar, and restaurants, where you can enjoy the local gastronomy. The golden sandy beach is 200 m long and 50 m wide. It is fitted with showers, toilets, a parking, a surveillance system, and access ramps to the water for disabled people. It is surrounded by old traditional fishermen's houses. The boats grounded on the beach confer it a picturesque charm. The beach is surrounded by 2 small coves: to the right, Port des Pi cove and to the left, Rei cove. Left side, a footpath leads to the charming and secluded Illa Roja nudist beach and continues to Raco beach and Pals Beach. To the right, the footpath leads to Aiguafreda and Sa Tuna going through the spectacular cliffs below which you can find the Ses Negres marine reserve, an idyllic environment for diving. The village centre is located approximately 1.5 km away from the villa. It boasts all the amenities you will need during your stay: a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy, etc.

Begur is located in the heart of the Empordà, which is one of the most glorious places of Costa Brava. It offers several hills, called Massís de Begur, and a vast coastline bordering the Mediterranean Sea. The old town of Begur offers plenty of monuments from all the memorable ages of its history, the small Romanesque town centre of Esclanyà, as well as 8 coves and small beaches with unrivalled landscapes. This village, with its idyllic rocky coves and its heritage, is really worth a visit. It is overlooked by the ruins of a famous 16th/17th century castle, which offers an unobstructed view over the Empordà plains, the Medes islands, and the Montgrí mountains range. Along its narrow alleyways, you will find 18th century charming houses, fortified towers, and typical fishermen's houses.

Palafrugell is located few kilometres away from the coastline. This city has a very intense cultural activity and a great cooking tradition. The cork work made the city famous early in the century. You can discover a cork museum tracing the manufacturing process of cork stoppers. It boasts several monuments listed as national Spanish heritage, in particular the Can Mario tower, an iron structure built in 1904/1905, and the Sant Sebastià lighthouse. The current city centre preserved evidences of its medieval roots. You can also enjoy the Cap Roig botanical garden, a beautiful garden where you can roam through the paths and admire the diversity of the many plants, surrounded by unobstructed views to the coastline and the turquoise coves: a true paradise.

Pals is a medieval city with a very charming old town, listed as an historical monument. Its Gothic surrounding walls hide beautiful cobbled streets lined with nobiliary houses. Sa Riera beach is accessible on foot from Pals beach.
