There is plenty of room in this over sized all-season condo with gorgeous 180 degree views of pristine Newfound Lake. The condo features a modern kitchen, two large living areas, a full dining area, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and all the amenities of home. It has a great deck with grill overlooking the private sandy beach and lake, perfect for dining outdoors or just relaxing in the Summer and Spring months. Inside there is a cozy fireplace to use for the cool Fall and Winter months.

Summer/Spring/Fall- Enjoy boating (rentals available nearby) hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, leaf peeping, shopping, sight seeing, antiquing or just relaxing! Winter- Enjoy ice skating, sledding, ice fishing, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snow-tubing (offered all year round at Tenney Mt.), snowmobiling out on the Lake or within short distance to public trails. Short walk to Shackett's Market, public beach, ice cream stand. Several great local restaurants within minutes drive. Wellington State Park less than 5 minutes away. Close to Lake Winnipesaukee/Meredith Market Place, Funspot, Surf Coaster-USA/Weirs Beach, Tilton Outlet Shopping. Ragged Mt and Tenney Mt are each 10-15 minutes away. Major Ski-93 ski areas, Kancamangus Highway and White Mountain area attractions are all within an hour drive.
