Property is located on a private cul de sac which has two association pools and spas within a short walking distance. The majestic Santa Rosa Mountains form a backdrop for this state of the art home. There is a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, walk-in pantry, built-in ovens, refrigerator and dishwasher that is equipped with all amenities for the gourmet chef. The Great Room (with wet bar and big screen cable TV), kitchen, master suite and patio with built-in BBQ all overlook the lush fairway.
