Enjoy our “Home Away From Home as much as we do! We’ve worked hard to update and tastefully decorate our Pelican’s Landing unit with you in mind.

CHECKOUT THE FOLLOWING AIRLINES FOR DIRECT LOW COST FLIGHTS TO MYRTLE BEACH! Spirit airlines, and Allegiance air.

You’ll enjoy the comfortable nautical look of our poolside, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit (1st-master-king, 2nd- queen, 3rd-two twins) including a queen size sofa sleeper to easily accommodate 6-8 guests. We even have a porta-crib for the little ones. Each bedroom is equipped with extra pillows and blankets and has its own TV. You’ll enjoy a 32' TV, stereo and DVD/VCR in the living room and we’ve left a few of our favorite movies to share, as well as a small library of books for those quiet nights. FREE WiFi is included.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances: full size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and dishwasher.New rugs, upgraded bathrooms and more!

Wine glasses a foreman grill and a blender for those frosty margaritas.

This unit features a full size washer and dryer, 2 screened porches and an open balcony off the master bedroom. We overlook the courtside pool where there is a playground, barbeques and picnic tables for guests to share. We even have our own putting green for golfers of all ages. A second beachside pool is also available. So throw on your suit and sandals and grab your towel, the beach is just steps away!

Our complex has covered parking and elevators for easy access. Linen packages are available if you want to pack light. We can even help with a golf packages.

Pelican’s Landing is located just off “Restaurant Row”, in the very popular Shore Drive area. Close to shopping, Ocean Annie's beach bar, the Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and over 100 full size and miniature golf courses.

You won’t have to cook one meal all week with the numerous casual and fine dining located along the Grand Strand. Hard Rock Café, Dicks Last Resort, Margaritaville and many dinner theaters are close by.

Myrtle Beach has something for everyone – sand, sun, surf, golf, water parks, the Pelican’s Minor League Baseball, movies, boating, state parks and did I mention Shopping, Shopping and more Shopping! Ladies check out the shops while the guys golf. Or maybe a day trip to old Charleston just a few hours south of Myrtle Beach. There is so much to do….or do what I do….lay on the beach and listen to the surf.

Just returned from a great week staying at Pelican's Landing. The condo was pristine, conveniently located, and mere steps from the beach. The owners gave us many helpful suggestions of things to do and see; all worked out well.This was a perfect place to relax and refuel. It was quiet, beautifully landscaped, and decorated to perfectly suit our tastes.The weather cooperated and we had a great time exploring the area. We definitely reccommend it for dining, shopping, beaching, and entertainment.Look forward to a return visit. Go to Annie's Oceanfront for seaside drinks and daily bands. We loved Greg Norman's Restaurant at Barefoot Landing. If you like to shop, check out Broadway at the Beach. We will be sharing this 'find' with our relatives and friends.

Excellent place for familes or couples

We had a wonderful time at this fully furnished unit. The unit has been recently renovated and has all the amenities you could want on your vacation even free WIFI. The location was fantastic near all the activities, but tucked away on Shore Drive a dead end street with only condo's. Oceans Annies is 1/2 a block away a oceanside bar with live entertainment nightly. We will definitely go back again next year.

THIS WAS AN AMAZING TRIP! OUR FIRST TIME TO MYRTLE BEACH AND WE COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER PLACE. IT WAS CLEAN, CLOSE TO THE BEACH, AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. I WILL DEFINITLEY BE PLANNING MANY RETURN TRIPS. I CAN'T SAY HOW MUCH WE LOVED THIS PLACE!

Our Winter Home

We stayed at this condo for 2 months this winter. The property is clean and the furniture comfortable. We really appreciated the laundry in the unit and we liked have the wireless internet for our computer! We hope to return next year!
