Beautiful waterview family home directly located on Popponesset Bay with spectacular Vineyard Sound views and ocean access for boating or swimming from our dock. The spacious wrap-around deck overlooking the ocean captures breathtaking sunrises over the open ocean. Swim off the dock or walk 1/4 mi. to the sandy beach. Two bedroom, two full baths with an open living room/ dining and eat-in kitchen area. This peaceful and family oriented area is a great escape from our typical busy suburban homes.

Nearby is the Popponesset Marketplace for your shopping, dining and entertainment enjoyment inclusive of miniature golf and bike rentals. Nature lovers and athletes alike will enjoy the private walking trails. Being a part of the Popponesset community association, this rental allows for full access to daily family and children's activities at the nearby Community Center.

Activities include dancing, art's and crafts, family movies along with daily softball and basketball game

Spectacular views in a great neighborhood

I would absolutely recommend this home. First of all, my family and I have never seen a home stocked with all the necessities (linens, towels, glasses, mugs, plates and paper products) as this one!!

The owner (who was staying across the way) greeted us on our first day, and told us if there was anything we need to just give her a shout. Great hospitality!!!

All the beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable, and the home was immaculate!

The private dock is a mere footsteps from your HUGE outside deck. You can swim off the deck or walk down the street to the sandy beach.

The marketplace is a mile down the road. We walked there everyday and back for our daily exercise. It was a scenic and very safe walk.

I HIGHLY recommend this outstanding property!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

A beautiful property in a great location. The pictures do not do it justice. It was like my "home away from home". Everything you needed was there: coffee pot & grinder, linens, paper products, cookware,dish soap, potato peeler. You name it they have it. The views of the ocean were gorgeous and it was a short jaunt to the beach and walking trails. I look forward to coming back next year - hopefully it will be for 2 weeks! (My dog loved it too!)
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
