Fabulous week in an amazing rental!

We just enjoyed an amazing week long stay at this great beach house in Lewes. It was exactly as described and pictured, so clean, and unbelievely convenient. Literally one block to the beach, which was a must for us with two kids. The beach was awesome, so quiet and no high waves which was perfect for young kids.
The living room, which is basically a sun room, had awesome light and felt so open with all the windows (12, I think). We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck each night after the kids went to bed, and being able to hear the ocean waves.
We took a trip to Cape Henlopen State Park, which was so close by and loved that they had free bike rentals from the Nature Center there. They even had kid carrier options, which was fantastic.
And it was only about a 10 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, which was also lots of fun.
For good Mexican food, check out Agave in downtown Lewes. Kings Icecream was great too. Kohr's Frozen Custard in Rehoboth was delicious. And check out The Fractured Prune for amazing donuts.
Nancy was so easy to deal with, everything was so clear and straight forward. This was our first family beach trip and it won't be our last due to the great time we had and the ease and peacefulness in Lewes. We definitely plan to be back next year!
