This home is owned by two familes who have been best friends since the late 1980's. The Pearson Family (Jim & Judy) and the Trice Family (Rick & Debbie) have been renting vacation homes for the past 4 years and are excited to share this home with you, your family and friends. Both families have lived in the area our whole lives and have raised our children along the shores of Lake Erie. Both families enjoy boating, antiques and wine. We have recently taken our love of wine to the next level and are the proud owners of The Winery at Spring Hill in Geneva, Ohio. Come join us for a fun and relaxing vacation!
We purchased this property back in 2006 due to its location and wonderful beach access. Not many peices of property like this one between Sandusky and Conneaut, Ohio!
This property was designed and decorated as if our family was going to live all summer here! No attention to detail was missed yet the home has a warm and comfortable feel. Just like home, plus much more...
Wow what a weekend! We loved the house, view, ambiance and grounds. The decorations were so cute and we were constantly finding new and different things. It served our needs, totally. Sitting around the fire sipping our favorite drinks was a nightly ritual. Thanks for all the provisions. Thanks again...we loved it!
