Oceanside Original Sea Pines beach cottage located on beach path on the most desirable beach in HHI, half way between South Beach and Harbour Town. It is the 4th house from the beach (about 200 yards) with no streets to cross- perfect for families with children. NEWLY RENOVATED living and kitchen area with open floorplan, great for entertaining! Perfect for two small families or one family plus grandparents! This house is kid tested and adult approved!

Three bedrooms and two baths upstairs (not yet renovated) - Master with king bed and in-suite bath and cable TV, second bedroom with two twin beds and third bedroom has a double bed. Refinished downstairs bedroom with queen bed and day bed(+trundle) and in-suite bath. The House has digital cable, DVD/VCR, and free Wireless internet.

Enjoy morning coffee on the screened in porch or cook fresh seafood from the marina in the newly renovated kitchen.

Enjoy all that Sea Pines has to offer with miles of bike paths, horseback riding at Lawton Stables or sailing out of South Beach Marina. All these are just a short bike ride away from the house. This house is located on one of the best and least crowded beaches on the island even at the vacation season peak -- exclusive to property owners and their guests, there is plenty of room to spread out, ride your bike or walk to your heart's content.

South Beach Marina and Harbour Town offer a variety of dining and shopping options, as well as plethora of outdoor activities (parasailing, windsurfing, deep sea and shark fishing and dolphin watches), and nightly entertainment. Access to community pool for additional fee.

This was by far the best Hilton Head vacation we have ever taken! The house was described well in its listing. The location was an extremely short walk to the beach with NO roads to cross making it perfect for our kids. The house, which is tucked away off the street, is right on the bike path and very quiet. It was a perfect fit for two families, totaling 9, to rest and relax for the week with plenty of space to spare. Extremely clean rental, plenty of cooking equipment and linens. It is a short drive/ bike ride to Harbour Town and it's attractions which offer something daily for entertainment. This rental was well stocked with a cart full of beach toys, boogie boards, and lots of chairs. Everything about this house and it's location was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone from young to old!

AWESOME Hilton Head Beach House!!!!!!

Absolutely loved the house. The proximity of the house to the beach is AWESOME! Didn't want to have to cross any roads getting to the ocean with small children. Perfect for family with grandparents tagging along who don't need a super huge and EXPENSIVE house--although really great to have 4 bedrooms. House is beautifully decorated. Love the downstairs screened porch with the fireplace (would be perfect to sit down there in the winter). The refrigerator down there is an awesome idea--great to be able to tuck away drinks for the beach! Thank you for the availability of the chairs, beach toys and games--felt like we were staying at a friend's house.

This house is a nice location located close to the beach. The Owners were very nice to work with on planning our trip. The kitchen is very nice and they have a nice outside patio. It is a great house for kids as they had beach toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards and plenty of movies and books for both kids and adults.

Amazing location and the kids had a blast!

We spent the 4th of July week at Charles' home and had a terrific vacation. The location is PERFECT for going back and forth to the beach, especially with kids...maybe a 200 yard walk on a private walkway. And it's centrally located between Harbor Town and the South End Beach, which are easily accessible by a 5 minute bike.

The entertainment area and outdoor patio areas have been redone and is great! Plenty of room and a comfortable feeling. The rooms are a little small, and the bathrooms could use some updating. However, the property is well maintained and Charles was very easy to work with in all aspects of our dealings.

I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a great value and amazing location. Hilton Head is awesome, Sea Pines is the place to go, and you can't go wrong at the Eubanks' house.
