Best in-town location. Charming, upscale fully furnished two separate houses on the same property, one is antique/ Victoria-style and the other is Nantucket-style with lots of artwork. A beautiful courtyard/ garden with a large table, 8 chairs, table umbrella and barbecue grill connecting two houses. Lovely and large front porch with entertainment equipment. Dine on spacious porch and enjoy cocktail in the garden. Five bedrooms, two full kitchens, and three bathrooms. Exotic yet elegant dining room setting. Washer and dryer on both houses. Excellent for two families. Off street parking for 4 cars. Outdoor equipment provided including beach chairs, blankets, towels, and bikes. Very safe children walk to town. It takes only 5-minutes walking to beach, bike paths, Nantucket town shopping, finest restaurants and activities. Yet the neighborhood is nice and quiet for peace and relaxation. Property professionally clean every week. Just bring your tooth brush.
