Welcome to our beautiful villa at Corcega Beach, Rincon’s best swimming beach. While you can enjoy swimming and sunning on the secluded section of the beach by the villa, your only steps down the beach to the Villa Cofresi and the dining and many activities the hotel has to offer.

Tucked away in a quiet residential nieghborhood but close to everything. The Coconut Palm Inn, Rincon of The Seas, restaurants, public tennis courts, supermarket and shopping are also within walking distance. You’ll be a short drive to the village and the best surfing beaches in Puerto Rico.

Area activities also include snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, sunset horseback riding on the beach, whale watching, biking, boating, hiking, jet skiing, deep sea and local fishing and more. Take a day trip for a visit to the rainforest, a rum factory or cave exploration and repelling trips.

With little fishing villages, a surfing Mecca who's hosted the World Surfing Championships...small seaside restaurants serving garlic-drenched steaks and fried plantains, and some of the best views in the Caribbean, little Rincon might be the jewel of the Puerto Rican travel experience."

The three level villa has the kitchen, living room, dining area, half bathroom and private rear patio on the first level. There are three bedrooms on the second level. Master bedroom has a queen-size bed and full bathroom. There is another full bathroom for the second bedroom (queen bed) and third bedroom (full bed). The third level has large front and rear terraces and a wet bar. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the third level terrace or master bedroom balcony.High speed internet. Satellite TV in the living room and master bedroom.

Great Rental

My family of 6 adults just concluded our one week rental in June 2012. The property was clean and well maintained and the listing description is completely accurate. The owner was very helpful in answering our questions before renting. The location was terrific, just a few steps from the beach. Rincon proved to be the perfect location because it is near Mayaguez where we have family and easy access to the main highway for our adventures in San Juan, Ponce and Boqueron. We recommend breakfast at the bakery (my son claims the sugar donuts are the best ever) just a mile or so from the property and watching the sunset while enjoying a cocktail at the Villa Cofresi bar. We would absolutely stay here again.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Bliss by the Beach

My husband and I have stayed in this wonderful townhouse 5 times over the last few years. We've just spent another month here in February.

The townhouse is clean, well equipped and just like you see in the photos. The roof deck is my favorite spot. It has a great mix of shade and sun.

The location is great - the beach is just a few houses away. This is also one of the few calm swimming beaches in Rincon. There are many restaurants and a good supermarket close by if you choose to stay in and cook. The neighborhood is full of friendly people.

Since I telecommute for work while we're in Puerto Rico, I use the internet extensively for everything from emails, to research to online video meetings. The wifi worked perfectly and was never down. (I've stayed in other rentals in Rincon and have had issues.)

We keep coming back because we feel we've found a little piece of paradise!

Wonderful place

My family and another couple stood at this beach house. Beautiful house...exactly what it looks like in the pictures..open floor plan and very clean. We were right next to the beach and local hotels, so it a prime spot to be in. No need to drive around for you had everything around you. Everyone was very friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. Definitely recommend this place to stay at

The only thing that was a slight drawback was the lack of wireless service, kept going in and out. But other than that, this location was prime.

Thank you John for letting us use your home, made our trip priceless! We will definitely be back

I thought there was a way I could post a testimonial directly for you on VRBO, but there isn't any way for me to do it, so here's a testimonial for you to use:



We spent a month here in January and it was paradise! The townhouse is exactly what you see in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the living room/dining area is actually larger than what it looks online. The roof top deck is magnificent and the owners have put the perfect furniture to help you enjoy it. On the front side they have bar height chairs and a table which let you see the ocean from the deck. The back has 2 lounge chairs. Most of the day there are sunny and shady spots on the roof so both my sun worshipping husband and my shade-hugging self were happy. We loved the roof deck so much that we rarely used the private yard area, but it was nice to have.

The location is also wonderful. You are so close to the ocean that you can hear the waves most nights. We walked the beach and swam almost every day. The water temperature is heavenly - in the 70's while we experienced the most perfect month of weather I've ever seen consistently. . . 85 with a light breeze. The few times it rained, the rain only lasted about an hour. The highlight of every day is sunset. Each one has its own personality and is gorgeous.

We found the neighbors to be very friendly and miss the sound of the roosters. You won't be disappointed if you rent here.
