The home is fully furnished and features 2 king size bedrooms (with private decks that have bistro tables and chairs for an intimate toast from your favorite bottle of wine) and a full bath on the top floor, queen size bed with an adjacent full bath on the second floor,and 1 full and 1 Queen size bedroom and a full bath on the first floor, with the large first floor bedroom also having 2 twin size beds.There are also 2 roll-away twin folding cots available in the large, first floor hallway closet. House lay out: The kitchen, dining room, and living room are on the second floor with patio sliders that open to a wrap-around deck that features an umbrella picnic table, gas grill, and plenty of deck furniture (queen size bedroom and full bath also on this floor). The living room features a beautiful field stone fireplace and mantle that extends up to the cathedral vaulted ceiling of the third floor, with an overlooking balcony. Cable TV in all bedrooms, plus the living room (42' HDTV), which has a DVD/VCR player and VHS tapes. Ceiling fans and portable fans throughout. Mud room off driveway for bikes and beach chairs. Outdoor amenities include a big side yard, private backyard, and off-street parking for up to 6 cars. Right-of-way at the end of the street takes you to the beach without having to go on the main road. Outdoor cold water shower for 'after beach' rinse. Just bring groceries (there is a Super Stop and Shop near the house), towels, blankets and linens (pillows are provided but you'll need pillowcases and sheets).

Great seafood restaurants everywhere. There are seafood festivals, art shows, and concerts all summer. Newport is just a short ride away, with the America's Cup World Series Races scheduled for June 2013!

Get a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean at 'the deck' at The Coast Gaurd House Restaurant(great Sunday Brunch too). Miniature Golf, go-carts, batting cages are all nearby. Bike, walk, or roller blade the Bike Path from Wakefield to Kingston. Try 18 holes of one the nicest public courses in R.I., Exeter Country Club.
