House lay out:
The kitchen, dining room, and living room are on the second floor with patio sliders that open to a wrap-around deck that features an umbrella picnic table, gas grill, and plenty of deck furniture (queen size bedroom and full bath also on this floor). The living room features a beautiful field stone fireplace and mantle that extends up to the cathedral vaulted ceiling of the third floor, with an overlooking balcony. Cable TV in all bedrooms, plus the living room which has a DVD/VCR player and VHS tapes. Ceiling fans and portable fans throughout. Mud room off driveway for bikes and beach chairs. Outdoor amenities include a big side yard for a volleyball/badminton or bocce playing, private backyard, and off-street parking for up to 6 cars. Right-of-way at the end of the street takes you to the beach without having to go on the main road. Outdoor hose with shower sprayer for cold water wash off. The most beautiful beaches in R.I. are all nearby, one within walking distance. Enjoy swimming, sunning, surfing, sailing, boating, boogie boarding, skim boarding, surf fishing, charter boat fishing, sail boarding, kayaking, canoeing, tennis, roller blading, harbor tours, sightseeing tours, sunset cruises, golfing, hiking, biking, antique hunting, or bird watching. Great seafood restaurants everywhere. Attractions & What's Near By:
Go to Chamber Of Commerce Visitor's Center,36 Ocean Rd.(at 'The Towers'/Town Beach). Walk to Sand Hill Cove Beach/Gallilee.Windsurfers/ sail boarders love the Point Judith Lighthouse (5 min. drive) perfect conditions. Scarboro State Beach! Surfers flock to Narr.Town Beach. Get a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean at 'the deck' at The Coast Gaurd House Restaurant(great Sunday Brunch too). Miniature Golf, go-carts, batting cages are all nearby. Bike, walk, or roller blade the Bike Path from Wakefield to Kingston. Try 18 holes of one the nicest public courses in R.I., Exeter Country Club. Historic and scenic Jamestown and Newport(cobblestone street shopping, mansion tours, The Cliffwalk, Fort Adams, and The Inn At Castle Hill are 'must see') are a short ride and a can't miss! Two casinos, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun, are about 45 min. to an hour drive for gambling and entertainment. Visit downtown Providence(45min.) for great restaurants, theater, and don't miss Saturday night 'Water Fire'

There are more than a dozen public golf courses within a 30 minute drive from the house. My personal favorites are Exeter C.C. North Kingstown G.C., Laurel Lane C.C., Richmond C.C., and Winnapaug G.C..
