Newly remodeled, spacious (600 square feet!) one bedroom condo with many amenities. Excellent location just five blocks from center of town, two blocks from Commercial Street. Two mountain bikes on premises for your exclusive use during your stay. Amenities include washer/dryer (in unit), free use of mountain bikes, broadband Internet access, basic cable TV, DVD/CD/MP3 player, window a/c. Linens, towels, beach towels provided. Large open floor plan kitchen/living area has newly remodeled kitchen with dishwasher and disposal. Extra sleeping space for two on huge, comfy sofa with pullout bed. Enjoy the outdoors in a quiet, shady common area courtyard. Ceiling and floor fans and in-window a/c will keep you cool on hot summer nights. One private off-street parking space is available right in front of your unit, and there is a secure bike rack on the premises.

The condo is located at 23 Harry Kemp Way, a fantastic location in the near East End. It is one of five units in a quiet association with four other year round or seasonal residents. This is the only unit that rents weekly. Take a 5-10 minute stroll to the ferry dock at MacMillan Pier and the action on Commercial St., or stay at the condo and enjoy its peaceful side street location away from the crowds and noise. Kayaking, bike trails, wave runners, dune rides, whale watches, sunset cruises, shopping, art galleries, dining, clubbing... you name it... you are a short walk away from all these fun activities. Take a short bicycle ride or drive the car laden with beach supplies to Herring Cove, Race Point, or one of the many beaches along the Cape Cod National Seashore.

This condo has a lot of comforts of home. Nice size sectional with a lounger and a comfortable sitting chair. The bed was also comfortable... big plus for us. Large bathroom with shower. Newer towels and wash clothes would have been a plus but over all the place is great.
You are 5 minutes by car to Commercial St. or a short 10-15 minute walk to town. We are planning on renting again next year if its available.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
