Villa Catamaran is situated in central Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. Villa Catamaran is approximately a 5 minute stroll from the town's main beach, Las Cucharas, with its supermarket, bars, shops and restaurants. The villa has its own garden, split level sun terraces and a heated swimming pool. It also has an outdoor catering area with a very large purpose built barbecue. There is a large driveway with off street parking for 3 cars. The villa is on two levels. On the lower level there is a split-level lounge and dining room with floor to ceiling windows looking onto the garden and pool area. Likewise the formal entrance hall has glass facades looking onto the internal garden patio. There is a kitchen and separate TV lounge. On this level, there is also a bedroom with twin beds and a room with bunk beds suitable for 2 children or teenagers. There is a WC with hand basin and toilet.On the upper level is the impressive master bedroom with wooden flooring and a high-beamed ceiling.

The villa

Location: Lanzarote < Canary Islands

COSTA TEGUISE- The most northerly of Lanzarote's resorts. It is a new purpose-built destination and just the place for people who like a mixture of Sun, Sand, Sea , sport and Sightseeing. It boasts several golden beaches and there is something to suit everyone. You can learn to drive at the Calipso Diving School or enjoy a round of Golf at the delightful 18-hole Club de Golf de Costa Teguise. When you feel in the mood for some watery fun, the pools, chutes and slides of Ocean Park are just on your doorstep. Setting off on two wheels is a good way of getting to know the surrounding area and you can hire bikes in the resort or go on a bike safari. There are other excursions too. Costa Teguise is ideally situated for exploring both the north and south of the island. Attractions include the extraordinary Jardin de Cactus, Mirador del Rio and Cueva de Verdes. There is also a Craft Market every Friday evening in the Square. Teguise hosts a huge open-air market on a Sunday morning.
