Come, visit and enjoy our home, 'Two Waters', which sits right on a lovely lake and just two short blocks from the beach in Carolina Beach, North Carolina! It has 2 bedrooms, each with TV set and one fully equipped for children including PS2 and assorted games. 2 full baths and a washer/dryer unit. Enjoy a spacious family room with roomy, furnished deck off of it that overlooks the pool and lake! Family room includes TV & VCR/DVD player, comfy queen sofa bed located in the family room, fully stocked kitchen and kitchen table which opens up for more seating, games, books and DVD movies. 1 covered, assigned parking space and 1 uncovered space for another car, plus a storage closet w/ 2 kites, several bikes, helmets, rods & tackle, boogie boards, skim board, beach chairs, rafts, air pumps, and beach cart. DSL Internet connection. New exterior siding, windows, & glass doors. In the summer the city has movies in the lake park on Sundays and fireworks on the beach every Thursday.

Area attractions within walking distance include our favorite, new coffee shop and business center across the street called 'The Grind', fishing piers and sports fishing marina, great food, sweet treats and shopping. The Lake Park playground, stage area, paddle boat rentals are next to the unit. Bike, jog and walk on lake trail. Close by are a public boat ramp and several marinas for boat dockage, Historic Fort Fisher site, N.C. Aquarium at Fort Fisher, dozens of golf courses and of course, Historic Downtown Wilmington with great shops, restaurants, art galleries, the renowned Wilmington Children's Museum, the Cape Fear Museum of History and Science, NC Aquarium and much more.

Everything from reservation to taking possession of the condo was very easy and fun.

The condo was sparkling clean as if it was our own. Pictures are real life

House well positioned in Carolina Beach. Easy access to beach and principal attraction.

For sure to be recommended to family and friends.
