The ultimate San Diego Vacation Rental. On the border of Solana Beach and Del Mar. This condominium is located in a second floor unit of the 'Solana Beach and Tennis Club' (access is at ground level). Both the bedroom and living room have an unobstructed ocean views. Great white sand beaches and fantastic surfing directly in front of the unit. This is the perfect location for someone who wants both the surf and the turf. Located five minutes from the Del Mar Race Track.

This condominium complex offers a gated environment with steps to the beach. A shared swimming pool, two large spas, four tennis courts, and covered parking (two reserved spaces). The condominium has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with spectacular views. Additionally, the master bedroom has unobstructed ocean views. There are two full bathrooms and a second bedroom with a queen and a twin. There are TVs in all three rooms. This unit also has a large deck the spans the entire length of the unit

Definitely a great SD vacation rental!

We had the pleasure of renting this property in April. It was clean, well-maintained and the view is everything you see in the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the surfers at sunrise and the jumping dolphins at sunset. It has all the amenities you will need. The owner was great to work with and would definitely stay there again.
