This is a spacious and beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located in Timber Trails. This contemporary-style home accommodates up to 12 guests. Located just a short walk to the Timber Trails pool, tennis courts and golf course. Featuring an open floor plan and spacious-sized kitchen, just perfect for large family gatherings. The kids will enjoy the sun room as their own private retreat, as well as the loft that features a sleeper sofa and air hockey table. The house is also equipped with high-speed internet. The following amenities are also included: Hot tub on the deck, Jacuzzi bathtub, Hi-speed Internet (as of June 15, 2006), loft, sun room, fireplace, gas grill, washer/dryer, microwave, TV, VCR and digital cable. The community has 3 lakes with many beaches, 2 heated swimming pools, 9 hole golf course, tennis courts and clubhouse. Close to Hickory Run State park, white water rafting and horseback riding. Golf, fish, hike, boat and swim.

The house was a great house to stay in and the gated community was enjoyable. The hot tub took a long time to warm up (almost 1/2 a day), but it was great to come home to after the mountain. The owners did not tell the security guard at the entrance to the community that we were coming, but luckily we were able to get a hold of them. The owners were also very difficult to get in touch with regarding any questions about the property. I am still waiting to receive my security deposit back from them, which they deposited (instead of just holding the check to cover any problems, etc). Overall a great property, but dealing with the owners was a hassle.
Owner's Response: It is a great house and as owners we always respond by e-mail and emergency phone calls. It is a standard in a gated community to bring your lease for proof of occupancy and afterwhich the gatehouse calls the owner to allow entrance. It is also a standard as stated in the lease that the security deposits are returned within 30 days of the period rented. As stated in the paperwork before arriving at the house, it is suggested to turn up the temperature of the hot tub upon arrival as well as leaving the cover on while heating up as is with all hot tubs. A great house. My 5 kids were entranced when we walked in. There was room for everyone to have space and stretch out. When we forgot to bring the local directions emailed by the owner, she was available by phone to help us find the house. We had no problem with the gates or hot tub. We did not choose to join the Lake Naomi club for a week (expensive, and with many facilities we would not use), though the rental was three houses away from the golf course. We found plenty of entertainment in the area, however. We went to a few state parks and a day trip to NYC (about 2 hours away).
