This 5-bedroom, 3-bath home accommodates up to 12 guests. It is only a short walk to one of Lake Naomi's 7 beaches. This home features a family room in the lower level with a pool table, air hockey table, Foosball table, X Box game system, TV with cable, 2 bedrooms and a full bath and Pergo hardwood floors. ***High-speed wireless Internet is also available*** The second floor has a great room with high vaulted ceilings in the living room and dining room, a fireplace, kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 bedrooms, a full bath and bamboo wood floors. Lake Naomi is conveniently located close to main attractions in the Mt. Pocono area. Within 15 minutes of Jack Frost/Camelback ski areas, Poconos Speedway, white water rafting, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, bowling, water park and more. Close attractions are within minutes away including; Camel Back Beach summer water park, white water rafting, horseback riding, paint ball, and the Pocono Raceway NASCAR. The Arcade with bumper cars and miniature golf. For shopping the Crossings (outlet mall); Wal-Mart Super Center, Kmart, antique and craft shops.

    - June: $1600 week, $900 weekend (June 1-22)
    - Summer 07 $2000 week (June 23 to Sept 1st)
    - Labor Day Weekend: Sat-Mon $1000

    private Resort community, in order to use the pool, lake, fitness

I rented this home in January for skiing and family fun. The home was in great condition upon arrival and our family loved what was offered.
We found everything that was listed in working condition and was able to enjoy the fireplace each evening.
The ski resorts were very close which allowed us to get back and forth with ease.
We really loved Lake Naomi and have communicated to the owner that we will be back.

Beautiful house but...

This home was one of the newer ones we have stayed at and it really is quite beautiful, the property is very nice and the layout of the home was convenient.
However the home was not well maintained - it was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. We found candy wrappers under couch cushions and the couches upstairs were stained and dirty.
There was no air hockey table nor was the X Box working. Kitchen was stocked up OK in terms of utensils, plates, pots, etc. However the pots and pans were so scratched up from previous tenants and the oven looked like it had not been cleaned in the longest time. Every time we turned it on, the fire alarms would go off.
When I contacted the owner, she was very nice about it. I guess she realized that whoever she had hired to clean this place was just not doing what they had agreed to do.
She reimbursed us for the X Box rental as well as the cleaning fee which was fair.
In all fairness to her, it seemed she had no idea what was going on. When I told her about what we found she was quick to remedy the situation as best as she could and I must say that I appreciated that very much.
If this home were cleaned up and taken care of as it should be, it would be a great home to stay in!
