The property which was completed in Summer 2002 is over two floors, tastefully furnished and immaculate throughout with sliding patio doors leading to a veranda and private garden which in turn leads to the communal gardens and 15m x 5m pool. It is fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms. Open-plan lounge/dining room with colour TV, video and hi-fi. Split-level kitchen area with oven, hob, extractor, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron/board. Downstairs wc. One double bedroom with balcony overlooking the gardens and pool, one twin room with views of the mountains & wonderful sunsets over the sea. Bathroom with bath/shower & wc. Electricity, bed linen, towels (with the exception of beach towels) are included as is a weekly laundering service. Sun beds, private patio furniture and umbrellas are provided.
Things to see and do: This area provides an excellent base to explore ancient archaeological sites as well a range of tourist attractions eg. shops, bars, water park, etc. An hour's drive takes you to the Troodos mountains where there is a wealth of beautiful scenery. A trip to the famous monastery is a must. The Akamas Peninsula is a conservation area where at certain times the sea turtles come and lay their eggs at Lara Beach. In this area there are many nature trails to explore. Off road-ing in 4 wheel drive vehicles is very popular also. Not far from Coral Bay is the tiny fishing harbour of Agios Georgios where you will see fascinating sea caves. The fish tavernas here are particularly popular. Aphrodites Rock and Pissouri are worth visiting. Mini cruises to Egypt and the Pyramids are available with ships leaving from Limassol.
Eating out: Eating out in Cyprus is very reasonably priced with a variety of restaurants and tavernas to suit all tastes and pockets.
Climate: The climate in Cyprus is one of the healthiest in the world (very low pollution). The island enjoys 340 days of sunshine per year with high summer temperatures and mild winter temperatures.
Eva Gardens is situated at the edge of the Akamas peninsular only a 30 minute drive from Paphos Airport. Here you can enjoy rural tranquillity yet you are close to the traditional village of Peyia & a short drive from Paphos with its unlimited shopping & entertainment options. A 5 min. drive leads to the beautiful Coral Bay with its 2 sandy beaches where you can relax or partake in the watersports. In both Coral Bay and Peyia you will find shops, tavernas, restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets and from Peyia you have easy access to Polis & Latchi which are two beautiful and unspoilt areas.
