Cathedral ceilings, lots of windows, a view of the ocean (just the ocean, not the beach) from the living room and front deck, and one of the largest decks in Ocean City in the rear, partially covered with a custom made awning with new furniture for gathering family & friends, a roof top bay view deck, a garage for storing bikes & beach gear, and no parking problems will make this one of the most sought after rentals in Ocean City. Two great piers with rides for old & young on the boardwalk along with terrific stores, great pizza, funnel cakes, lemonade & everything for a night of fun. Cape May Zoo a short drive & rec center/library a short walk away.

If you love the beach, you'll love the Gold Coast Beach in Ocean City...just a short city block from this rental. Plenty of room for you and the kids to spread out and have fun. There are ample beach chairs available and an umbrella to shade the sun...if you want to do that. Tastefully decorated with a kitchen that is well supplied, games and videos for the kids. Lots of adult novels too....particularly for the ladies. Fully rented every summer since we have owned the property. Book early and don't be disappointed.

This Condo was amazing with all of its Kitchen items. There was plenty of room for the five of us (not including 15 mo old) not to be in each others way. It was an easy walk to parks, the beach, the boardwalk, library, and a short drive to the store. The deck was nice as we put a blow up pool for the baby to play in. I can't begin to mention all of the great things the house had. I just didn't want to leave.
The Martin family were very helpful with their e-mails and phone calls of what I needed (or didn't need) to bring : )

We spent one week at your home and had a fantastic time! The house was able to accomodate our family and guests beautifully. It had all the
convenience of home. We loved to deck off the back of the house.
It was convenient to the beach and the boardwalk. And the weather was perfect!
We really enjoyed ourselves and hope to rent again next year!

Last summer I rented this beautiful condo with my sister & her family
for a week. We were actually the very first renters. The property was
just purchased by the current owner as an investment property. Prior
to that it was owned as a primary residence.

The condo is absolutely gorgeous. There are huge windows, excellent
sized bedrooms, a living room, kitchen with counter, 3 decks, central air
& a washer & dryer. We enjoyed walking to the beach and even rented
those family bikes and road the boards.

It was my first trip to Ocean City and I had a great time.

We all enjoyed cooking and eating out on the large deck and then we
traveled around to all the different ice cream shops.

I definitely recommend this property & plan to rent it again myself.
