Only 1 week left, Aug. 22-29, $1000. Normally rents $1500. Will also rent long-term Oct-June. Ocean Pines / Ocean Pines Beach Cottage located in community near Ocean City. The Cottage is located in a very quiet area of Ocean Pines. The beach boardwalk is about 8 miles from the house. You are close to the beach and all its attractions. There are 5 bedrooms (linens/towels not provided) and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is open to the dining / living area. Enjoy the Robert Trent Jones golf course. The house rents Saturday to Saturday.

What a dump

We spent a long w/e at what we thought would be a nice get away home down the ocean, and boy were we wrong. What a dump. We had to clean the bathrooms before using, besides keep spraying away the ants. The 1 bedroom we used didn't even have a lamp by the bed. It didn't even have a nightstand by the bed, nor did any of the electrical outlets work except 1 across the room where the 1 and only lamp was. We were suppose to stay till Monday but we left Sunday because we couldn't sleep there one more night. So I hope no one else will have the same horrible experience as we did.

Cozy Beach Cottage

We spent a week in early August in this charming cottage. This is the 4th summer our growing family has spent in the Ocean Pines area and we have never had a problem with anything. Linda is a joy to work with, she promptly takes care of any request or need that may arise. She checks on you when you arrive to make sure everything is in order. The home was clean, we had every bedroom in use and even had 3 teenage girls sharing a room and bathroom, we never ran out of hot water and those girls spent lots of time in the bathroom. The kitchen was also clean and everything in its place. Our son is a chef and did the cooking on the grill and we had lots of room for our crab feast as well. We were close to the beach, the beach club is nice, the pool is also quite nice but crowded on weekends. We were close to our favorite restaurants, Marina Deck is always a pleasure and the boardwalk in the evening was always nice for those evening walks.
This home is wonderful for a large family or large group. Looking forward to our trip next summer.

Served it's purpose

The house is in an easy location that is close to the shore. It fit 11 of us at one time. However sharing a bedroom with a glass sliding door to another room was a bit uncomfortable. The shades that were provided were also broken. The place served its function for sleeping, eating, and showering. Several things however were broken that we were unaware of, but possibly the owner was unaware of also. The front door was hard to close, a few lamps didn't work, the mirror closet door was broken, one tv in the bedroom wasn't working, the fridge was oddly pulled out of its place. We also were told there was a grill which we never found. And in a previous review read that the hot water was great in the showers and we had the opposite. Also we were told that they're were only FOUR beach club passes and when we got there, there were 12 (which was great just wish we were told instead of worrying about it in advance). You should pack toilet paper, paper towels, towels, sheets, pillows, we had to buy some extra utensils for the house also. However we didn't have to worry about wrecking the house or being to tidy. It was convenient to everything we needed. Good place for young group or families with children.

Excellent Accomadations

First time in renting a house online. Turned out to be the best. Linda very good to work with. The event that we went down for everything was around us and had easy access to everything.

The house was just as described plus more. The a/c kicks which was a good thing since it was very hot those 4 days.
It was very clean nice lay out and very roomy. Had all items we needed to cook with and eat. The hot water heater do not know much about them but was able to accommodate 5 women and 5 men and it was shower after shower and both showers running. Thats a plus all in it self.!!
