Extremely comfortable and clean location, owners are great people

I stayed here the first weekend in Feb 2012 with a group of 8 people, and Serenity Falls was perfect for us. Sandy, the owner is great to talk to and very understanding. She returned any phone call I had very quickly, answered any questions, and was a pleasure. The house is *very* clean. Every room in the house was very well kept and organized. The new furnace that was installed kept us very warm, and the fireplace gave off a nice atmosphere. The kitchenware was also very clean, which was appreciated. Being as close as it was to Seven Springs was perfect for our ski trip. Also, the area surrounding the house is huge. Although we stayed here during the winter, we noticed two very large porches and there is a ton of yard space... seemed like it would be great for the summer months too. All in all, we were very pleased with the owner, the house, and the atmosphere. If we were to take a trip back up to the area (winter or summer), we would definitely stay here again.
