Huge private deck with gas grill, patio furniture, and plenty of room to soak up the sun. An ideal place for all the excitement that 'Ptown' has to offer, while a quiet refuge to relax and rejuvenate. Remarkable architecture - this is one of 'Ptown's' largest. Includes central air, parking for one car. Easy walk to town, one block from the bay, bike ride to ocean beaches. Many restaurants and galleries nearby.

This condo was in a perfect location in P-Town - within a 5 minute walk from Commercial Street, yet secluded. It was spotless within, with all the amenities of a home. The outside of the building was attractive and well-kept too. We stayed with another couple and there was plenty of space for the four of us. We will definitely return. It was also our first time renting through HomeAway.com and I have complete confidence in this website now. We recommend it to all of our friends.

I was somewhat skeptical to rent as I had not used Cyber-rentals before. I felt a little vulnerable when I did not get information on how to gain access to the unit until 5 days before rental period began. Once there, everything was as described. Had an issue with the HVAC (on probably p-towns hottest week in June ever), but the owner was tenacious in finding a service person even on a Sunday. Spacious, well appointed and just far enough away for a nice stroll into town. 2 Neighborhood grocers within a couple of blocks. Everything you need to cook, clean on site, and if you lucky there may still be some limoncello that I left behind. Would highly recommend and would rent again. Sorry I did not get to make use of the fireplaces. Anyone with disabilities should however take heed to the "penthouse" description, 3 flights of stairs.

On a scale of 1 -10 this place is an 11. We had a wonderful time over Memorial Day Weekend. The location could not have been more perfect...just a 3 minute walk to the beach or a quick 5 minute walk to town. More than enough room for 4 people. Overall on of my top 3 experiences in Ptown...ever!...The owners were easy to work with and extremely gracious. I will certainly return again in the future.
