Beautiful mountainside house in the heart of the White Mountains. Waterville Estates is on Campton Mtn, located just 7 miles from Waterville Valley. Our home is on a wooded lot with a deck overlooking mountain views. First floor has living and dining rooms, kitchen, full bath and bedroom with one queen. 2nd floor has loft with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with queen and 2 bunks, 1 bedroom with queen and another full bath. 4th bedroom with two sets of bunks and a sofa bed, 3rd full bathroom, ski storage and mudroom are located in the basement. There is also a 3-season screened porch for you to enjoy. This home has all you need for a home away from home getaway! Just around the corner is the community center with 2 indoor and 1 outdoor pools, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor hot tub, sauna rooms, gym, game room, library, lounge, walking trails, cross-country trails, skate pond (lit at night), swimming and fishing pond. Weekend events are planned during the busy winter and summer seasons.

Access - 4 Adult passes - to community sports center in our development with plenty of fun for the whole family. Link to Community Center - www.waterville-estates.com. Waterville Valley is 15 minutes away, Loon Mountain is a short 20 minute drive, and Cannon Mountain is 30 minutes way. Discounts available for lift tickets at Waterville, Loon, Mt Cranmore and Temple Mountain! There is also on-site beginner skiing on the weekends at Campton Mountain - with natural snow. Plenty of restaurants within 5 miles. Plenty of hiking trails and mountain biking trails. There are several golf courses just minutes away. Lakes Region is only 25 minutes away - this would be a quiet place for you to stay if attending the Nascar races or Laconia weekend!

Holiday Ski with Friends

This location is very close to the Waterville Valley ski area (20~25 minutes driving). My family and friends of 9 have stayed in this lovely home on Dec. 24 through Dec 28, 2008. The house has three bathrooms, two bathtubs, and one shower. The bedrooms are very roomy giving every family plenty of sleeping space. All bedroom sheets are very clean and the beds are very comfortable and cozy. The fourth bedroom has multi beds for 4 people. It’s a mile away from the community center. There are two small pools in the community center and one is a bit cold, the other is warmer. The community center is fairly small and was crowded on Saturday. This is a snow mountain area so a 4-way SUV helps to get around icy roads. Overall, we had a wonderful time. It’s worth the money.

Fun Weekend with Friends

A group of us hit the slopes for skiing ~ we went to Loon Mtn which is not too far away. The house is very roomy giving all of us plenty of space. Its nestled away so you're not disrupted by anyone else and we could really kick back. Plenty of bathrooms for a group is key ~ so that overuse doesn't drag you down. Plenty of beds and comfy futons or couches to lounge on. Mucho tvs, we didn't even use them all. Some fun games and such. We loved the fireplace and used it every night. The community center is okay ~ the hot tub is small and the heated pools weren't so warm. But they offer fun and games and free popcorn. The ladies lounged in the sauna for awhile (the men's was closed while we were there) and loved it... back to the house, plenty of dishes and things to cook with, but the kitchen is small and can't accommodate more than 2 people at one time. Other than that, we had a fantastic time. Its good value for your money.
