Fully equipped modern kitchen with two ovens, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Cable TV, DVD and wireless internet. All new carpeting and new living room furniture. A/C in 3 bedrooms and living room. Desktop computer with printer attached deck perfect for private BBQ and dinners outdoors. 5 minute walk to to a beautiful, large, swim and kayak friendly, fresh water lake with private association beach. Relax on a large wooded front and back yard in a very quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. You will have nearby access to many Cape Cod beaches including CC Bay, Nantucket Sound and spectacular National Seashore. The house is a 5 min drive to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (bicycling, walking and jogging) and Nickerson State Park (hiking, ponds, fishing). Convenient to good restaurants, golf courses, theaters, movies and markets.
