This luxury penthouse apartment in complex with swimming pool and tennis courts is situated in Torreblanca. The apartment has a double and twin bedroom with aircon. There are 2 bathrooms with an en-suite to the double bedroom. There is a large living room with dining area. This has sky TV,video,DVD,CD player and surround sound. There is also a selection of CD's,DVD's & videos. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster. The living room and main bedroom lead out onto a southwest facing balcony with table and chairs and a spiral staircase which takes you up to a private roof top terrace. This large terrace has sun loungers,table and chairs plus a built in barbeque. With all this there is no need to leave the apartment, but if you decide to venture out, it is just a short walk down the hill to the beach and the 7km promenade which runs into Fuengirola. Along the promenade (the Paseo Maritimo) there are bars, restaurants and shops

Nearest Airport: Malaga at 17 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Fuengirola at 1 Kilometres

The apartment is located within the Montecanda complex in Torreblanca. Torreblanca is between Fuengirola and Benalmadena. It is in a tranquil setting but with easy access to the hustle and bustle of Fuengirola or Benalmadena. It is an ideal place to soak up the sun all day on the roof top terrace or by the pool. With just a short walk to the beach and onto the 7km promenade with its many bars and restaurants, take a stroll along to Los Boliches and the bustling Fuengirola. Easy access to the train station and bus routes to take you into Malaga and further afield. Marbella and Peurto Banus are 30 minutes drive away. Benalmadena is just a short drive away or just two stops on the train. There are numerous golf courses (approx 35) with Torrequebrada, La Cala, Alhaurin and Mijas Golf being the closest. Nearby there is an aquapark in Fuengirola and one in Torremilinos. Seaworld, Fuengirola Zoo, Tivoli World, Selwo Dolphin Park and La Paloma Park are all nearby.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are for the apartment and not per person. Changeover day is Saturday but can be more flexible in off peak periods. A refundable damage deposit of 100 GBP requested. This is returned upon inspection of the apartment.
    Long Term winter lets (4 weeks or more) are available at reduced rates.
    Over the winter can be flexible for minibreaks to suit golfers. Please enquire for rates and availability
    Travel cot is available at no extra cost but needs to be arranged in advance.
    30% deposit required to secure booking with balance due 8 week prior to departure.
    Airport pick ups can be arranged at an extra cost. Towels are provided, but not for use on the beach or by the pool, Please provide own beach towels

Notes: Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or on the roof top terrace. The apartment is set up on a hill overlooking the sea so may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties. The apartment is set on the 2nd floor but there is lift access from the basement parking area to avoid stairs. A travel cot is available which needs to be requested at the time of booking. The balcony has a table and 4 chairs with a spiral staircase leading to the roof top terrace. This is a large private terrace, which has the sun all day. It has 4 sun loungers, 2 reclining chairs plus another table and 4 chairs plus a built in barbeque. There is secure underground parking. The complex has two tennis courts, a small children's play area, a large swimming pool plus a smaller children's pool surrounded by gardens.(pools shut in winter season) An iron and ironing board is provided and a hairdryer. Sky TV has the free to view channels (bring your card from home to view more). Air con in bedrooms

We are a family of six, 2 adults, 1 baby and three children aged 7 - 12. We have just come back from a weeks holiday staying in the montecanada apartment . The apartment its self is fantastic its clean modern and is well equipped and a lot more spacious than the impression given by the photographs . The pool, tennis courts and surrounding area are well maintained too and the roof terrace is an added bonus. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away and there is a bit of a hill coming back so I would not reccomend this apartment to wheelchair user. There are some great resturants nearby and there is a bus that will take you into main furengirola where you can catch more buses to other destinations. The zoo in Furengirola is reccomened and the water park at mijas. All in all we really enjoyed our holiday .
